Advance Payments
Some custom projects require an advance payment before development or service work begins.

Non-Refundable Advance Payments
After the agreed refund period has passed, advance payments will normally become non-refundable because A2Z Hosting may have already:

Purchased required resources
Purchased third-party themes, plugins, libraries, APIs, licenses, or other project-related materials
Started configuration or implementation work
Such costs may not be recoverable after a project has commenced.
Hosting and Domain Services
Due to the nature of hosting and domain services:
Domain registration fees are generally non-refundable once a domain has been successfully registered.
Domain renewal payments are generally non-refundable once the renewal has been processed.
Hosting fees may be subject to the refund terms applicable to the specific hosting plan purchased.
Services that have already been activated, configured, or materially used may not be eligible for a refund.
Additional services or resources purchased after the initial order may be subject to separate refund terms.
Where a hosting or domain provider imposes non-refundable charges on A2Z Hosting, those charges may be excluded from any approved refund.
Third-Party Purchases and Licenses

such costs may be non-refundable.
Where possible, purchased resources may be transferred or provided to the client in accordance with the applicable licensing terms.
A2Z Hosting will not provide internal company account access, developer accounts, private credentials, or accounts used to manage third-party services.
Refunds After Project Completion
Once a custom project has been completed according to the agreed requirements and the remaining balance has been paid, refunds will generally not be provided.
By making the final payment, the client acknowledges acceptance of the completed project and delivered services, subject to any applicable warranty, support, or maintenance terms separately agreed between the parties.
Client-Requested Changes
Changes, modifications, or additional requirements requested after project approval may result in additional charges.
Additional work or services that have already commenced based on the client’s approval will generally not be refundable.
Any additional costs will be communicated to the client where reasonably practicable before the additional work begins.
Cancellation by Client
If a client decides to discontinue a project or service after the applicable refund eligibility period:
Advance payments will generally not be refunded.
Completed work up to the cancellation date remains payable.
Work already commenced may remain chargeable.
Purchased third-party resources remain non-refundable where applicable.
Domain registration, renewal, hosting, licensing, or other third-party charges may remain payable or non-refundable.
A2Z Hosting may provide completed project files or deliverables according to the terms agreed between both parties.
Payment Errors and Duplicate Payments
Refunds may be considered for:
Duplicate payments
Incorrect payments caused by verified technical errors
Payments made in excess of the invoiced amount
Unauthorized transactions after proper verification
Refund requests must be submitted with relevant payment details and supporting information.
A2Z Hosting may request additional information or verification before processing a refund.

If a refund request is approved by A2Z Hosting in accordance with this Refund Policy, the refund will generally be processed only to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Payments made using a credit or debit card will be refunded to the same card.
Payments made through an online payment gateway or digital wallet will be refunded to the same payment account, where applicable.
